With greater environmental awareness any many changing environmental laws such a G55 the containment of all bodily fluids including gray water and black water has left many individuals and environmentally conscience company’s with a potentially difficult situation.

  • How do we keep these fluids from freezing in the winter without cracking/breaking the tanks and causing backed up plumbing and/or environmental spills?
  • How do we keep these fluids from freezing as even a slight freezing can cause problem with pipes backing up and the vacuum trucks being unable to completely empty the tanks if at all?

At Innovative Plastics we have developed a heat tracing and foam insulating system that will put all your worries to rest.

We can heat trace and foam insulate any size or shape tank that you may need, all you will need to have on sight is a 15 or 20 Amp Circuit (Depending on the size of tank needed) and your fluids will not freeze!

At Innovative Plastics we use only the most reliable heat tracing cable available.
We carefully map out the most efficient route for the heat cable with the most effective heat distributing course as possible.
Each tank is then foam insulated with 2” of polyurethane foam to create a minimum of an R14 value. This polyurethane foam is durable and weatherproof to give you years of use.
Then just for added protection each tank is coated with an UV protection for even better protection from the elements.
